Smack My Peach operates strictly as a discrete classified classifieds directory for independent companions. By continuing to use this directory, you agree under penalty of perjury that you are an adult of legal age (at least 18 years of age or older) in your jurisdiction, and that viewing adult material does not violate your local community standards.

1. Age Verification & Compliance

All advertisers listed in the directory must verify they are 18 years of age or older. We maintain strict screening protocols, including:

  • Requiring a Safety Verification Selfie showing the provider holding a handwritten sign with today's date and "Smack My Peach".
  • Verifying provider faces match the primary vertical portfolio photos.
  • Proactively disabling, deleting, and blocking any profile suspected of representing underage parties.

2. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Exploitation

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, underage prostitution, non-consensual solicitation, and any form of coercion.

If we discover or suspect any listing is operated by a third-party pimp, agency without the model's direct consent, or trafficker, we will immediately disable the listing, ban the user, and cooperate fully with local law enforcement and federal anti-trafficking agencies.

3. Independent Companion Disclaimer

Smack My Peach operates **solely as a venue host classified directory**. We do not act as an agency, booking coordinator, employer, broker, or manager.

All companions listed in the directory are entirely independent adult contractors. They control their own rates, scheduling, incalls/outcalls, safety terms, and specialties. Smack My Peach assumes no responsibility for any engagements, appointments, or arrangements made between clients and independent companions.

4. Professional Code of Conduct

To maintain a high-end directory, all clients and companions must act with maximum respect:

  • No Scams: No bait-and-switch advertising or photo theft. All listings must represent the real provider.
  • Respect Boundaries: Respect companions' booking terms, rates, hours, and personal safety borders.
  • Discretion: Maintain discrete communications and respect the privacy of all involved parties.
